How does it work?
All our packages are designed to be hassle free. We arrive at your home, set up, check everything is in order and then leave to let you and your family enjoy your celebration. The next day we arrive, pack up and go. It's that easy.
What bedding is included in my package?
Each tent comes with a comfortable foam mattress, a cosy blanket, mattress protector, fitted sheet and cushions. Guests will need to bring their own pillows.
Can you host the party?
We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery and collection is included in the package price for customers within the areas we serve. A delivery surcharge may apply to locations outside of those areas.
How long is the hire period?
Standard hire is usually overnight. If you wish to hire for more than one night just make a note in your booking and we can arrange it (additional night rate applies).
How much space in the room is required for the tent?
Each tent measures 35” wide, 68“ deep and 60“ high (this includes the mattress). Your spacing requirement will depend on how many tents you choose. Generally an 11 x 14 ft space will give you plenty of room for a 6 person party. Please let us know, when booking your party, how much space will be available.
Is there anything I need to do for set up?
We request that all furniture be removed prior to our arrival. Please be reminded that if you are having the tents face towards each other, there needs to be enough room to walk in the middle of the room for guests to access their tents.
We also ask that the set up location be smoke-free.

How do we book a party?

What is required to secure my booking?
A refundable deposit of $75 is due to reserve a party date. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive a signed copy of the Booking Agreement and the deposit, which will be followed up with a confirmation email. Deposits are refunded after pickup and inspection that no damage is done to products; if there is damage to any of the products, the deposit will not be refunded. (See Terms and Conditions)
When is payment due?
You will be required to pay the full balance on or before the date of delivery.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept EFT (bank transfer), cash or PayPal.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are using PayPal you will need to add 2.9% of the transaction amount to your balance as we are charged this percentage when we receive PayPal payments.
Do I need to wash the linen before it is collected?
No, we wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent that leaves all bedding fresh and soft for the next party!
Mattresses, tent covers, decorative pillows and styling items are disinfected and spot cleaned.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your party for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if you need to reschedule we will gladly offer you the next date available.
Wish Upon a Dream reserves the right at all times to cancel party agreements should issues arrive due to the safety of our staff or conflict between parties.
